You sure had a different experience compared to our visit. Fully booked (but empty) campgrounds were what caused our frustration; as did the food and gas prices at Expense-mouth 😂 Thank you for capturing the beauty we do remember ❤️

yes my father supervised the construction of the facility - the central tower the tallest is known as tower zero. i have several photograpghs of the tower construction - intresting fact is the concrete footings holding the guy ropes to the tower stays are 90% under ground,

Hi Steve, thank you 👍 Our drone is a DJI Mavic Air 2 - Its reasonably small but is stable in fairly strong winds. I've flown it in up to 38 km/hr winds and it hasn't missed a beat. 😊

Hi @BillandSue, thanks for your encouragement. The insurance company accepted our claim and paid for the repair. It took them a long time to decide, but we were very when they did!

You can't fly drones over a campground. I did. The camp host was more than upset and said he would call the ranger and I would be fined. I apologised. And thankfully it all blew over 😊👍
