i think this is a better way of saying it, she isn't necessarily jealous of deedee, but she wishes she could have been the one to expose him as an abuser. that's the same exact reason we know what's coming when her and salad "break up", she wants to be in a position where everyone comes to her defense. she wants FFG specifically to have those moments of "i hate her, but i have to be on her side", she wants an opportunity to get back in with everyone who hates her by redirecting the hate she gets to another person. something she needs to understand though, is that salad is disappearing when he leaves the program. she can talk about him all she wants, no one is watching him outside of that. same happened with cokey, same will happen with salad. she wants a reason to blame other people for how she is, but she will never find it.

If I recall correctly, Cokey said after the Toronto trip that Chantal was too much and couldn't deal with her. I think she fails to see that being high maintenance is the surest way of driving anyone that might potentially be interested in you away. Chantal really does like to copy people because Cheesecake Factory was ALR's gimmick. I haven't been to a Cheesecake Factory in years because I realized that small ma and pa businesses tend to make better foods and products then Corporate chains like Cheesecake Factory.

When your cells are already so overloaded w/ excess glucose... your body cannot process any of the carbs/sugars as energy; they ALL get stored, esp when one is sedentary & trying to put a bandaid on it w/ pills & insulin not taken regularly or properly. She will always feel not satisfied, always hungry, always thirsty & always craving more sugar.... because she's not getting the proper nutrients (OR using what she already has stored, in excess) It becomes a vicious cycle of horrible metabolic health, mental health, weight gain, unless she stops it. She's delusional to keep eating like this & hella' irresponsible to do it publicly/for $. It's dangerous.

I believe she has had Cheesecake Factory while in Thailand. We already know that she has had pizza because she had a leftover tea. She is only hurting herself. If she is lucky she will only lose her sugar foot or eyesight. Stroke and/or heart attack are the other alternatives. Diabetes is nothing to fool around with. Beware diabetics, never eat like this. The repercussions can be very serious. Non diabetic, this meal will make you feel terrible but know too many meals like this will lead to pre-diabetes. Do not be Chantal. She is not a positive example for any human being.

Looking at the color of your veins on your arm isn't a reliable way of telling you if you're warm or cool tone. I'm very olive/warm toned and my veins are all blue on my arm. The skin on my arm is different than the skin on my face. The way I found out was I bought a cool tone foundation and a warm toned foundation. I did a test spot of each one on my face and it was very apparent which one I was.
