Big Band Drum Lesson #6 Songo/Mambo The Little Clam

Here is Big Band Drum Lesson #6
The tune is The Little Clam by Gordon Goodwin. It is from the Big Phat Band play -along book. You should have this book as it is an excellent play-along for big band drumming.
I play the chart first, then explain a few things.
All drums are Doc Sweeney African Olive wood Stave
Cymbals are:
Paiste Traditional 18" thin Crash
Sabian Jack DeJohnette 20" ride
Paiste Traditional 16" thin crash
Paiste traditional 22" china with rivets
Sabian HH 13" Hi Hats
microphone is an AKG C24 Stereo mic.
