I can attest to what Taeyang said about Daesung having fans of all generations. I somehow flew from California to Hawaii to watch Daesung’s Japanese concert which was CRAZY because 99.9% of them flew from Japan as a Concert Finale package and people there were kids all the way to senior citizens. This woman next to us had to be in her 60’s and when Daesung came out she was crying. Sweetest thing ever

I got into BIGBANG because I fell for Kang Daesung. I wasn't into kpop at all that time. Saw him on variety shows (esp. Family Outing), kdrama What's Up and followed his solo music career which were mostly Japanese as D'LITE. I love his voice so much. And his personality! Then I started to get curious of his group and of course wanted to hear more of the discography. That's when I come to learn about BIGBANG.

Did you know that in taeyang mv eyes, nose, lips his wife was in the mv as well in the back burning it was when they broke up (I believe she broke up with him) and he made a song about her and ended up getting married she’s a lucky women ❤️

i loved your reaction! however straight up I don't f with this guide. Their biggest achievements are NOT based on their awards/views, but their influence. As a VIP who has been on this journey with them since early on let me enlighten you a bit - first kpop group to do hiphop, thus the first kpop group to implement rappers, they played a big part in bringing hiphop to the mainstream in korea (hiphop was looked down upon in sk back in 2006) - first kpop group to win a FOREIGN/INTERNATIONAL award, at the EMA's in 2011. - their songs were blasted across the borders with north korea as propaganda - first idols to have creative control; write and produce their own music (their solo careers too, so seungri DOES write/produce his own stuff lol) - most supported kpop group by the general public of korea, not just their fandom - gdragon invented lightsticks, he designed it himself and now every kpop group has their own lightstick i feel like the guide did daesung and seungri dirty so daesung: - first idol to do trot (korean folk genre; everyone was against it bcz trot doesn't suit the idol image) he broke that stereotype by being the most successful trot idol singer as of today - extremely popular in japan is an understatement, he's the 2nd foreign male solo artist to have two consecutive no 1 albums in Japan after Michael Jackson. Did a whole DOME tour in japan, which was so popular he had to do an ENCORE dome tour. seungri: - like the guide said he's academy was insane, top idols went: Kara's Goo Hara (RIP), TVXQ's Yunho, B.A.P.'s Zelo, BTS' j-hope - great dancer, used to choreograph bigbangs dances - DJs aside from bigbang, has a whole dj label - his business was very impressive, he owns the license to Cristiano Ronaldo if he visits korea, pre-scandal; owned around 53 aori ramen branches worldwide extra top - 1st idol to win best new actor award at the prestigious Blue Dragon film awards - 1st idol to be listed on the list of 200 world art influencers grdragon - started airport fashion in korea - first and only solo artist to win the Daesang award (artist of the year) - collabed with nike in 2020 and 2021 for a worldwide exclusive sneaker release taeyang - won the Daesang award song of the year in 2014 with eyes nose lips - his song wedding dress was an international hit, especially in the west, before people even knew what kpop was (2009) you see their influence is just very wide in terms of fashion, acting, art, business, etc not just within music, they break boundaries everywhere they go

Actually by my deep feeling Even BTS's song can't addict me so much or stuck my heart, or remembering, catchy or addicted song like Bigbang's Song....I think just Bigbang, IKON, Blackpink, 2ne1, PSY, Akmu and even new Idol Treasure song that can steal my feeling, from the SWAG and SAVAGE songs untill the ballad song I enjoy it even without watch their MV, I dancing, I jump, I shout like a crazy 😅 thats why it makes me addict so much to their songs, I never bored listen their song, but when they live perform its more SWAG, FIERCE, SAVAGE PERFORM .... And I realized all that is YG's songs, Idk why but their song just tooo good, all their song is Masterpiece, and when Bigbang debut solo song, YG not just let them solo debut song but also Solo Debut Concer, thats is the price of their Great Talent, and that's the others Idol kpop don't have....And Bigbang Vocal isn't joke, their Vocal just too perfect , their vocal is another level than others kpop, their vocal unique and different color than others , that's make their Iconic than others, and Bigbang No need Makeup their Masterpiece song with busy choreography and dancing along with their backup dancer all the time, but they let their backup dancer to do their job to dance along the music, and Bigbang job is just sing with great vocal, and slay every part of the song,,,,

BIGBANG AND EXID ARE BOTH MY ONLY FAVOURITE. I really really hope someday you'll react to EXID too. They are so talented musicians and idol. They produced their own songs, just like BIGBANG :) honestly to me, you'll never find any vocals and rap lines like EXID. They are so charismatic and funny af. That why they got title by korean public "COMEDIAN TEAM WHO CAN SINGS AND PERFORM VERY WELL." EXID's main vocal is a vocal coach/vocal trainer. EXID's rapper is a one and only female underground rapper just like TOP.
