Well the paying players is an offer on the table the plaintiffs in the case and the judge have to approve it this was offer so they won't get sued out of business and also they don't want to be sued again but there are more lawsuits out there

If the reps are on the board the are the NCAA you have different commitees that are a part of the ncaa and they make the rules sir. They still have rules they have to follow and are sanctioned by THE NCAA

Right now they can only pay 20 million per school and it will go up as the school gains revenue
