Your boy was playing on the ground and touched dirts with his hands. You let him suck his fingers, that's your typical negligence but serving him food without washing his hands first is just poor parenting and lack of concern for hygiene. He's a small kid, he is more vulnerable than the adult like yourself. In this shed, he always has allergies, not sure why but always like that. Clear the surrounding and clean him up especially that fingers you guys allowed him to sucked after he touch any dirts.
