Greg is a scammer. Each one of his businesses practice fraudulent acts. That construction company is a joke. They did a rehab for me (more like a new construction) and the city was threatening to tear the building down because his company did not pull not one permit. Karma never forgets where you live.

This is wrong on so many levels ppl. 1st and foremost, at the time of sale, the buyer was not of legal age to contract. That should’ve killed the deal right then. In real estate everything is done in writing and signed and dated by all of the parties included in the agreement. Also, a 3rd party is used to hold the funds, and pay out any liens owed to close. Most importantly, a title search is done, to check the chain of title back 40 years. Did the young brotha due his diligence by doing property inspection, last sale info and comps? -Ms B realtor in Cleveland OH

I know i was listening to this while working, but Greg (at least in this vid) has been talking alot without saying much. Like im hearing his voice often, but ive yet to get a clear answer or message. He was also completing his thoughts, but then when someone goes to respond he's suddenly "not finished". He hasnt admitted any wrongdoing, but his word vomit is very suspicious
