Considering how heavy this thing must be with that thick chassis, its insane how fast it goes. I think I might pick up the "Race" version without pull start for my Hobao Hyper VS buggy. That thing will likely take off on the straights.

Thanks, the header is a random 1/8 buggy header I had, modified the flange abit to get it to mount on the opposite side. Fuel tank is mugen mbx8r

Ths savage pipe, I’ve tried a standard 1/8 buggy pipe from ths, the savage pipe gave a lot more response and torque out of the lrp. The standard ths pipe was smoother and easier to tune.

Almost everything is upgraded. RR steel transmission gears and e-revo diffs

Is it really annoying to clean a nitro that was ran in sand? Debating on doing it…

Not too bad. I just clean it with my air compressor as soon as I’m done before everything sticks and clean/replace the air filter. In some engines you might want to remove the pull starter and clean, as sand can enter. If you are picky with the engine case and exhaust being “as new” then you will need to clean that as soon as your done aswell.

Remove the stock 14mm hexes and replace them with a set of 17mm adapters I recommend the traxxas ones from the revo 3.3 they fit right in
