Oh for real....I loved this! First of all you and Karen are 2 of my FAVORITE artists. And I absolutely loved the challenge as it was just that! Challenging. I don't swipe much Bev I work on tiny 4 inch tiles, but once I did..oh my..I was addicted! I'm seeing a lot more swipes in your future. Both were delicious and with? No metallics? I love these challenges! Really cool to see one artist try a technique that is outside their normal style, but interpreted in yout oen way. Oh, Sarah, so many emotions with this first painting which I could feel with you. At first you were so sceptical about doing it and feeling confused, even saying "I'm lucky to know my name". Oh, you had me laughing through all this! Then, when about to do the swipe, you sounded like you thought that it was going to be an epic fail. And oh, Sarah, your complete amazement at the result of swiping, you sounded totally overwhelmed with joy. So, so lovely to hear your surprise and wonder at the magic of your creation. I felt it with you and it made my day! Back now to watching your second half of your video... I absolutely love your second piece. I can see it hanging in a very upmarket home or restaurant looking spectacular. I think that you had huge expectations going into this second one and you sounded disappointed as it didn't turn out as you had imagined. Yet it really is a great success.
