as a hairdresser, i say you did a good job, but if you allowed the section to cool off before letting go of the section, usually these units have a cold shot button, the volume would be even greater

This is The Best video I've seen for styling short, fine hair with this style dryer. I've watched many videos, and got the best results following your technique. Thanks!

Quick tip ,I've used this product for years now and it has changed my life ,hair wise, no more nasty breakage from straighteners ,makes my hair bouncy ,like after a salon blow dry. The tip though is to use the brush on the same section of hair first in one direction /rotation and then reverse the rotation ,this helps give difficult hair a smoother finish. Good luck . Ps nice vid.

Looks beautiful! I just bought a Babyliss and your vid was very helpful. I want to try the mousse you suggested, too. By the way, I have fine hair and I detangle it every day while in the shower by adding conditioner and then I brush it while rinsing the conditioner out, which totally detangles it. Since I dry my hair while my head is flipped forward (upside down), I rinse and detangle it with my head upside down too. That way, it is much easier to comb out after the shower.

Oohh that’s a good idea about upside down de tangling! I am going to try that next time I wash it :) xxx

Kerry Whelpdale I really mean it! I'm thinking of getting this tool. Is it available with different barrel sizes? If so, what's the size of your barrel? My hair is pretty much the same length as yours. One more thing if you don't mind: Can this be used to actually dry hair (damp hair, of course, not soaking wet) or is it only for styling and smoothing the hair out after it's been dried? Thanks for your patience!

I have one of these and I love it, my only problem with the one that I have is the rotating feature does not work when the cool setting is on. What is the point of that. I like giving the hair a blast of cool air then uncurling it the opposite way, but the uncurl it you have to then turn the hot air back on which is awkward and defeats the purpose. Still a great tool to have at my disposal.

Hi, I wonder do you use 42mm or 50mm on your short hair? I have a shoulder length hair, and the online store in my country only sell the 50mm version. I read it online that 50mm doesn't really work on short hair so I kindda second-guessing. Thank you for your help..
@KerryWhelpdale8 жыл бұрын
Kemala Ang hi 😁 I have the 50mm barrel but yes if I'm honest I would get a smaller one next time. So if I were you I would buy the 42mm size :) It's so very easy to use.. takes a few goes to get used to it but once you have figured out the way the barrel rotates when you press each button it's very easy! I hope you get on with it as well as I do :) good luck and thanks for watching xxx

Does your hair ever get tangled in it?
@KerryWhelpdale6 жыл бұрын
Yes it did used to a lot but then as I learnt how to use it more it got so much easier and less tangled!! Xxx

Just a little warning..the second time I used mine I was wearing a gold necklace and the chain caught in the brush...i panicked and couldn't turn it off...nearly strangled myself and had some nasty burns and blisters on my neck...not the fault of the dryer brush I love it but just a little warning to take off your necklaces.

Kerry Whelpdale Think it would work on long hair or maybe not? I like this better than any I’ve seen but my hair is very long now and I’m not sure if it’s smart to try on long hair, do you have an opinion? ( long past the middle of my back )
@KerryWhelpdale5 жыл бұрын
Yes it would absolutely work on long hair.. I would just section your hair when it’s longer so it doesn’t get tangled :) xxx

+Elizabeth McBay Hi Elizabeth, Im glad my video is what you were looking for.. thin hair is so hard to work with at times!! It never holds a style!! The brush head on my Babyliss is about 2 inches in diameter.. a really good size for short hair I think :) Let me know how you get on with it.. thanks so much for watching xxx

I think the brush is perfect....but from my experience with a bob...i consider that the way of styling can be better for a salon finish...but oviously..this came with the practice... is not bad...but need more practice and can came out with a better finish... i use a non rotating brush...and i'm thinking to buy a rotating one. keep practice....you will get a better finish .
