Fun fact not so funny: WHen chapter 8 was release a lot of light years ago, there was no texas alter, no yato alter, the only fast redeploy character was PHANTOM(6stars) and the usual strategy for talullah map was to BLOCK her left to the blue box, thats all. yes. you can block her, amazing xD

​@sotonamisimp4606 you're actually right, so i went for a little dive trying to find the unit of time equivalent to a light year, for exaggeration purposes. The only singular unit of time that I could come up with that utilises light to measure time was light-AU, but that's only like 8 minutes. So unless someone knows of some niche unit of distance that scales up so that light would take long-azz time you travel, gimme a shout! The only periodic unit of time I could think of that could be used to convey a similar passage of time relative to the passage of distance that is a lightyear is a Galactic Year - a period of time it takes our solar system to complete 1 orbit around the milky way galaxy, which is like ~250 million years. Cool.

the main reason to bring Nightingale is to avoid the fireballs in Talulah's phase transition if you use Logos s3 (you can buy mats for him from the green certificate shop) you can use him to nullify the fireballs alternatively you could just borrow a Logos from the friends list use your two weekly event unlocks

The idea of fighting tallulah is usually contesting her at the last staircase before the blue box, around where all your operators should be, from phase 1 to phase 2. - Once again, she will mark the LAST 2 operators deployed every 20 seconds, the 20 second cooldown starts as soon as she appears. - Amiya should be the one fending her off since her skills grants high arts dodge, allowing her to hold off against her. Note that you should be using her S1 since her S2 is single use only. - Jaye is fine, his only role is to stand there long enough to get marked, then you get rid of him. Otherwise you can bring Yato (regular) to alternate between them, or wait until you get another 5* fast-redeploy (e.g. Kafka, Projekt Red). - Nightingale isn't necessary. Although she helps greatly to tank the fireballs, you can make use of your healers and the fast redeploys to tank the fireball hits, and remove unnecessary units help concentrate the healing.

Ironically enough, Typhon's S3 can actually lock onto a target in range and follows them anywhere on the map to hit them with a limited number of big shoots. In CLayman's terms: she does a homing Wisadel S3, but not as strong (to make up for the homing).

Really the best Plan would be to block her somewhere with say, a Saria, and throw all Your Medics at her to heal Your DPS, the Left Side shouldn't be a Problem, though then again, it's You we're talking about...so maybe I shouldn't be so sure... Eventually She will die and Transistion into Phase 2 by Casting like 3 or 4 Waves of "Fuck Everything in that General Direction", You either wanna slow it down and delete it with Logos S3 (Promote Your Logos....) or...just...thank and outheal it with Eyja Alter, Nightingale, Shining etc. After You managed to bring her down again, she will once more Cast "Fuck Everything in that General Direction" before going out Oh Also, Phase 2 is going to summon Red Crystalls that are linked to her Health, You want to destroy those, or they will explode and destroy You And don't forget: She targets the Last 2 Deployed Operators or Summons, no matter who or what

Best tip to beat Tallulah is to bring nightingale skill 3 with her passive increase resistance to help tank and heal your operators as all of talula skills are magic damage specialy the meteors, dont place your operators next to each others as her explosion skills is contagious and will infect the operator next to them in a plus explosion radius. You can also wait for Tallulah in the middle for Amiya or Saria to tank her as they have a high magic res while you chip away her health. Good luck. 👍

0:53 The ideal fast redeploy will be Executor subtype, not Merchant. Merchant can do the trick anyway if you can manage the DP. In JT8-3 phase 1 and 2, don't use ANY fast redeploy to block things here. Use them mainly to bait the flame "curse" that affect your "last deployed" operators. And Logos actually CAN block that Ultra Flame Blast Storm if you use his S3 in a perfect timing - this is also why some people try to pull Logos instead of Wis'adel in that event.

the fire burn does true damage so you either put 2 fast redeploys to tank the fire or use a therapist medic like Lumen, purestream or whisperain as for the barrage of fire balls, logos s3 can slow them and even delete them when skill ends

I doubt you have the resources to, but Typhons boss killing skill is her skill 3 which can also (and most importantly) follow the target all across the map until they die. Also I suggest going to the guard section for support unit to get Surtr.

Typhoon s3 is just locking on the same enemy(the heaviest one in her range) and then works globally. Tallulah won't hide for that, you should try it

I would recommend borrowing a Logos with S3 at least once when fighting Talulah just to witness him fight the meteors, just do note that if you pop it late he will eat shit and die so it's safer to use it early whenever the Deathless Black Snake decides to screen wipe.

Those stone creatures are annoying without good DPS. Kudos on dealing with them. One operator I have been enjoying is called Scene. She can reveal invisible enemies and use little robots to attack enemies. She is a summoner. One operator that can taunt enemies is Mlynar. He sits around doing nothing but he draws enemy fire. Once his skill activates he pretty much slices a good chunk of the field.

I just use Hoshiguma with 2 healers to tank the boss, and just use my snipers to dps her. Your team just aren't build for it lol.
