They are both at fault. Him for not SAVING her, when she was vulnerable. Her for PRETENDING, I didn't get her motives TBH. She told him that she knew about their kiss and had liked him too yet she didn't drop any hints to him. Also ignoring how she made fun of him with the senior, it was clear that she liked the senior too. Ofcourse the MC would feel like he is butting in and probably being treated as a friend by her. I'm not even gonna explain how she said that they just knew each other a LITTLE. I could go on explaining how at that time love was not the only thing she wanted, but now that she has money and a stable life, LOVE is what she needs. Good for the guy that he learnt to move on.

It's an excellent choice. I thought it looked familiar, then realized I had watched the movie. It's a sad movie, but while it ends sadly, i can't help but think the love that they have is always there and who knows tomorrow is another day, as Scarlet O'hara would say at the ending of Gone with the Wind.

Easier said than done. The guy has inferior complex towards the rich guy, think it's easy for him to confront someone whose trying to hit on the same girl as him. How can you blame the guy for not getting out of his comfort zone and put himself at odds of putting his relationship with both the rich guy and maybe even the girl given he doesn't know whether she likes him back or not. Just like how the girl got drunk with the rich guy, and let herself be put in that drunken no-control situation, the guy can't be blamed for not growing a pair either and stop the rich guy. In the end, the guy has moved on and it's the girl who was miserable enough to come back to him, and him deciding to move to USA reinforces the fact that he has moved on.

I watch this movie wayback 2012 with my college friends. I'm having a nostalgic feeling when i saw this movie recapped in this channel. Just like in this movie,I did have a first love that I guess I can consider, although it was one sided because i never let the guy know or maybe he knows it. I loved that person for 4 years and the only thing that i can do is to look at him from afar. I guess that is how life works when it comes to love.
