Ooof, the self-vote not going through quite in time on the last day made things really tense! Could see your hand swing up as the hand came across. Might have helped by making things more confusing for town as someone did comment about how you didn't vote on yourself. Also, entertaining that the evil team colluded early on to get Vorteox info out there to convince town it was Vortox and, for the most part, failed!

Not gonna lie, watching the dead lecture Arif on how it definitely wasn't a vortox game and he was being silly for thinking that really made this feel legion-y. I don't know what that means, but there you are. Looking forward to that gencon game. (⁠ ⁠╹⁠▽⁠╹⁠ ⁠)

that day you came so close to tying was so wild. nobody wanted to believe in a vortox world. very well done spreading just enough misinformation that good used to build wrong worlds with! i was hoping you'd pull a red token again so i was delighted and excited to see this upload! also, i know where i am going next (gencon stream?)👀

actually i dont think the cannibal eating a drunk thing was a ST mistake - the drunk can receive any townsfolk information... and with the amnesiac on the script... it could be truly any information the ST chooses - even if it is affected by vortox... amnesiac with the ability "learn 2 people who are the demon" does the job and since its still the drunk ability, the amnesiacs ability to ask questions doesnt even have to be acknowledged - even if it comes up the only thing that cant happen is for the drunk to affect the game

Hi there! I did make a mistake, because even if the Cannibal has the ability of the Outsider the Drunk, the Cannibal still is a Townsfolk, registers as a Townsfolk, and has the Cannibal's Townsfolk ability even if they've gained other abilities. As to not throw off the balance of the game and have the Cannibal realise that the Drunk was the Drunk, I made the Cannibal believe they had the ability of the Knight, and thus should have showed them two players, one of which was the Demon. Also an Amnesiac with the ability "You start knowing two players that are not the Demon" would still have to be Vortox'd, so would learn the Demon.

@@_nexus5943 technically the amnesiac ability i suggested was "who ARE the demon" - which then would invert to what a sober knight produces when that information gets vortoxed^^ but yeah without the amnesiac you couldnt do that sleight of hand, because the drunk thinks they are a townsfolk, so anything they learn should be something a townsfolk can learn in any case - its just retroactive justification that would technically work XD in the moment it absolutely was a little mistake based on what was intended you ran an amazing game though - that was absolutely hilarious to watch and i genuinely thought evil was cooked when most folks were going after lorinda during the final 4 discussions^^

I think Niz should have had Lorinda in his pings even though he had the drunks ability. He still recieved Knight info and that info should still be false since he is a townsfolk.

Wild how hard it was to convince town that it was Vortox haha. I also 100% would have killed Sara from madness on day 3 -- literally every player knew she was mad. I know some STs are more lenient when someone is Cere locked, but still.

When the Ceracswitches character to be mad about the victim can certainly use that I'm actually the Town Crier have always been the town crier. I know I told everyone I was the Savant but I had to because I was made mad. I am and always have been the town crier. At least as the ability is written this fullfills the requirements. I would consult the storyteller before I did it because some people insist on adding a condition that is not written down in the ability. But as Storyteller I run it that way. Because of course someone who on day 3 comes out as a different role can easily be doing so because they have been Ceramad before. What they can't hint at is the Cera still being around. So a good frame for a recent execution to be the Cera.

Might be just me, but I'm not a fan of the Amnesiac ability. You pick two people, then nothing happens from your perspective. You need to guess that it's related to nominations, and that you need to nominate the first person to affect the second, and that the second person then gets sober&healthy information. That's 3 steps with zero guidance on the way. And even if you figure it out by day 4-5 then the ability is pretty weak or even completely useless because info roles are dead or it's the last day. It's unlikely that you nominated the first pick in the past so your ability did nothing. You might give someone one night of healthy info or so. If you don't figure out your ability then it could be harmful in a Vortox game where people usually expect to get wrong info.

That's understandable. The idea behind it is that I wanted to create something nomination based that helped against the Vortox, and I came up with that under a bit of time pressure. Certainly not my best work Amnesiac wise by any means, but by the end of the game Sara still managed to get at least a Warm on her ability, which helped her solve the game to find out who the Demon is by the way of meta information, so the ability was still incredibly useful in that regard :).
