Nitish has been the consistent performer in this series. If he did not make those runs contribution, particularly that 40+ runs in the first innings, we would have lost the first test. If this super idea of dropping him is coming from GG, then I must say, it is better to drop GG as coach and convince Rahul Dravid to be Indian coach again. Since GG came, there seems to be some kind of inconsistency in the team and we lost the home series as well, which did not happen in a long long time. Why fix something which is not broken? Rahul Dravid did a fantastic job as coach. If he is not interested, then bring some one who is a little level headed.

Its really sad to see Sarfaraz Khan not being included untill now. A solid middle order technically correct batsman. His batting would suit the pitches in Australia as he can handle balls both on back foot & front foot quite easily. Its a big politics going on now with Sarfaraz Khan as well as Mohammed Shami. As both are Muslims they will never include them ever in the team. RIP CRICKET ❌ 🏏❌🏏❌🏏❌

Jadeja is 37 yrs. Old now. Rohit is 38 now.These players are past their prime and old. When will you include young blood and give them a chance? Abhishek, Sarfaraz are waiting on the sideline. When will they get chance when they are 35 yrs. old? Indian selectors are timid and lack courage and can't t tack proper decision playing safe. Sunder is a better bowler as on today ( forget the past of Jadeja). He is young and there is a weekends among Aussies for off-spinners.

India have to win the last two tests and the objective should not be playing Rohit/Kohli at all costs. Further, India need cover for both Bumrah & Siraj as there have been injury around these folks recently. They got 7 wickets for 89 in just 18 overs while Aussie went all out comfortably declaring which is a lot and no measure of any challenge posed by Indian bowlers. Therefore, there is a caution before drawing any conclusive measure of Indian bowling strength and more support should be provided. Furthermore, enough batting is required as many times they scored below 200, so, little more runs. My team for 4th BGT test is: Jaiswal Rahul Gill Reddy Sarfraz Pant Jadeja Bumrah Siraj Akash Prasidh

This fellow hardly talks a word about Kohli, whose form in tests has been terrible, notwithstanding the fact of his 100 in the first test, for which the credit should be given to Jaiswal who set a platform for it and firmly held one end. To be frank he looks a pale shadow of the fine player he once was, unable to cope with the bounce and more importantly does not seems to know where exactly his off stump is, and 4th stump is. Age has caught with him perhaps his eyesight is not what it once was and with dwindling reflexes he cuts a sorry figure at the crease. If Ashwin who was in and out of the team inspite of his much better performances in the recent past can be shown the door, why not Kohli?
