this was one of the best seasons ever by gameplay, there were so many strong players, masterminds and maipulators, its a shame this seasons was so controversial with racism and homophobia

The gameplay was solid but the cast being so unlikable really ruins it. I'd rather have weak gameplay and a great cast than great gameplay and just an awful cast. These people were unbearable.

@@whats_holden_up Oh no, I am going to respectfully disagree. Last 2 seasons had tepid gameplay at best but most people like the cast from both seasons (not me but most fans). They were all so concerned with getting black people to the end that they didn't even bother with gameplay.

The disappointing thing about this season is that if it weren't for the racism/homophobia, this might be a top 5 season, because the gameplay was so fun to watch. Everyone was there to play, no one was gonna lie down and die. There were some EPIC blindsides, Nick and David in the first 2 weeks, Andy turning the tables on Amanda and fooling McCrae during the double into evicting Elissa

It's funny because in season 9, Neil got kicked off of the show for making racial jokes about Julie, but they decided to cover it up. I guess racism is okay unless you mess with Julie lol.

the fact that they airbrushed andy out of the first 3rd of the game when he, judd and mcranda were running the shit is really sad and also really funny

It’s easy to understand why though. There was SO much drama in the first third of the game that never directly involved Andy, and McCranda was so visible and instrumental in both the drama and the strategy that it just made more sense to show them over the others in their main alliance. Of course that made Andy’s win so much more controversial than it should’ve been, and Judd’s first eviction insanely shocking and confusing

Starting 2021 CBS made a requirement that all reality competition shows are at least 50% minority, but this season was from 2013, well before that requirement was put in place.
