Big Brother's Jag on Historic Win and 'Passionate' Final Speech (Exclusive)

'Big Brother' season 25 contestant Jag Bains chats with season 24 winner Taylor Hale about his historic win and taking home a $750,000 grand prize. The Washington native reacts to being the first-ever Sikh-American to win the show, the first player to be evicted unanimously, come back and win, and holding the record for most competition wins in a single season. Jag also explains why he chose to take Matt to the final two over Bowie Jane, why he was so passionate in his final speech and why he was so surprised to find out Jared and Cirie are mother and son.

Congrats to Jag, he was very deserving of the win. He definitely not only won the most comps but he worked hard and probably the most out of everyone (and obviously the most successfully) to get out his targets, keep his allies safe. He played the good BB game in lying and backstabbing when he needed to but still kept totally loyal to his #1 ally Matt, even if he lost. Much respect for a winner that also seems like a great person ♥ Although.....how did he not know he had the most comp wins this season by now?! No one told him by now???? That's crazy!!

Taylor is amazing as an interviewer. I saw her live in Brea last week. She is so impressive. Smart. And has such presence. I will say though, I wonder how she really felt about Jag winning. Not that she has ever said anything bad against Jag. She has stated that the game of big brother should be based on social game and not just competitions. And Jag is the poster child for competition wins.

Jag's speech was OLDSCHOOL style Big Brother strategy. It was brilliant. Jurors during debate are always discussing how they 'want a person to ADMIT and take credit for what they did, even if it was dirty or bad' and Jag is the first houseguest in a decade to do so. Gamers recognize game, and the jury this year was not a bitter one- almost the complete opposite of Season 14. He outplayed every single person in this house. He went from being voted out 10-0 unanimously to convincing a random guy to save him with an amazing game power, and then he went right to winning the game. The most dominant performance since Derrick in BB16, with the exception of Cody in S24 (we don't talk about All Stars 2, it was trash). Jag singlehandedly brought back old-school Big Brother that has been missing for a decade as the show has gotten far softer and gameplay has been lacking hard.

jag became the puppet master halfway through the game. in the first half he was overwhelmed by the sheer number of participants. he needed to pay no mind to half of them, but he tried to account for every little thing. "Keep it simple, stupid" never entered his mind, so he ended up evicted. matt saved him and in gratitude jag risked losing by taking matt final 2. the jury was not bitter, so jag was given his well earned reward

Thanks for saying that. It has been really hard in America since 2016. Trump won the election, and America split down the middle. Millions of us grieve what has happened to our country. It has torn apart families, split up friendships, and created (I would probably say *furthered*) this terrible polarization between good people. It’s very painful, and seeing your post, that it still looks like there’s some love between Americans, helps me focus on that reality. Because it’s true.
