This is still a window-shopping market. But there are a lot of intriguing stocks to watch from a variety of sectors. You don’t have to act on every forecast, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.

It's often true that people underestimate the importance of financial advisors until they feel the negative effects of emotional decision-making. I remember a few summers ago, after a tough divorce, when I needed a boost for my struggling business. There are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’ Melissa Terri Swayne” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.

Whoever thinks this market will continue upwards and beyond has their head in their rear. There is a correction coming since the Russell and the Dow are showing signs of weakness. Depending on the correction may determine if the market rallies once more in the summer for a final blow off top and slightly newer high. After that, watch out. Cycle Analysis predicts a hard drop in the late summer early Fall. Also, we are now 190% Market Cap to GDP ratio. That is very extreme......currently I've been engaged in active trading, which is generally safer, allowing investors to weather market volatility and also managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 24Bitcoin....I'm especially grateful to Linda Wilburn, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

Is Liz' definition of the Sahm rule correct? 3m month average 0.5 above the 12 month average...I thought it was 3 month average 0.5 above the lowest reading over the last 12 months.

It's 3 months average 50bps above the lowest reading over the last 12 months.

@@karolpelc3956 The lowest rate last year was 3.6, so 3.6 +.5 = 4.1 (4.1 is the current unemployment rate). So, is the rule triggered if we go to 4.2?

I've had two callable CD's, with Sept. maturity dates, terminated within the last few weeks by JPM. This seems to indicate they expect rate cuts to come sooner rather than later. In addition, brokered CD rates have dropped precipitously.

recovery bounce, failure to recapture and hold 125 and down she ll go again..but you buy that dip, and then suffer a 30% loss coming your way this year as their earnings top out, just like google s did..best of luck , they dont give bags for free at the stores but you can get some here in the market
