This is just a big azz carp of some kind. At first I thought it was an arapaima. But this is not a catfish this is not a tilapia this is not a tiger fish this is not anything other than some kind of a bottom feeder and I can be willing to bet 99.9 percent sure that this is a carp now what kind of carp I am not 100% sure because there is several types throughout the world but I can assure you that this is most likely a carp
