I think they should add an in season recruiting tab, redshirting, and bigger teams, bigger teams because college teams simply have more players than NFL teams, in season recruiting so i can be prepared for the season after, and redshirting so i can develop my players to be better than if they came in as a true freshman, in season recruitment might be too much but I feel like if they do it right they could easily make this feature and it would elevate their game

I've been thinking about the lack of defense playing for all Retro Bowl games, and I've thought of a possible solution for there to be user input on defense that's simple and doesn't require new controls for defense. So, for every play that your team is on defense, you receive a choice bubble to defend the run game or defend the passing game, and then you get the text bubbles that give you the result of the play. I think it's a decent solution for fans that want to play defense, and a developer that doesn't want to create a ton of extra code for defensive controls and CPU offense. Oh, and yes, I am aware that the chances of this happening are zero. I just wanted to get the idea out there.

I think something they need to do for RBC is add exhibition we should have the ability to play exhibition but I want to have a thing where I could put Ohio State V Michigan but I could change the ranking like I could make the Bucks no.1 while Michigan at unranked or 2nd. Also I want to put my exhibition in like a bowl or conference championship or natty. I think this would be awesome and realistic.
