you forgot some things - Eyes officially got a jumpscare - El Goblino is hiding behind the table - El Goblino has a new sentence that will appear when talking to him after rush appeared this sentence being: "W-what? You thought they only ran after you humans?" - Reviving has a new animation when using it - The golden rift can be used at door 0 and at door 100 beside the normal rift Thats about all you missed. The entities became more unpredictable. I got halt. TWICE. I got a double rush with only one room in between. Rush and ambush spawning at weird times that I’m not used to. Random clocks on the walls. I new room. Second seek chase had falling bookshelves now. The greenhouse is different. Eyes glow is different. The flashlight is different. A bunch of new stuff

The random clocks on the walls are there to remind you of the time. The reason you should know the time is because there is a new easter egg entity named Dread. Dread will spawn under three conditions: 1. An hour has passed, and the clocks now say that it is at least midnight. (midnight = 12am) (the clocks start at 11pm) 2. Door 13 has been opened. 3. Door 14 has not been opened. LSplash said that they were gonna make Dread a real entity soon rather than just an Easter Egg entity, and I have a feeling that means that they are gonna add an achievement for escaping it, dying to it, and crucifying it. Maybe also add more ways to trigger it and remove some constraints. ////////// Original Reply (for context): The random clocks on the walls are there to remind you of the time. The reason you should know the time is because you have to beat the game within an hour or Dread will spawn and kill you. No, this isn't a joke. He's real now.

It seems Halt and Ambush are more common now -- a few days ago when I tried a run of The Hotel, I got Ambush -- twice, both before door 50. The first time at door 21 and the next only 20 doors later at door 41 (both rebounded 4 times). This means Halt and Ambush can now spawn together in a run -- without modifiers. Or it can also be double Halt or double Ambush.

today i noticed something strange, i got halt without lights flickering, two rush’s in a row (not in greenhouse!) ambush’s first rebound started from the next room. also i think rush appears way more often now.

Note: Rooms can spawn with varying entrances and exits. Only a few rooms remain unchanged, including The Rooms entrance, both basements, the library, jeff's shop, the pre library, the reception, The seek chase rooms, and door 100. The infirmary beds can no longer be hidden in because you could get on top of them using a table or some boxes in front of them.

@@iSomeDood True, but before this update, Halt and Ambush worked differently. While they could still of course spawn randomly in the main game, the spot where you would most likely see them is after the second Seek chase. They had a 1/2 chance to attack and you would get either Ambush, Halt, or in the rare case none of them. Now this seems to be patched and they spawn more randomly than before.

lobby and library hitboxes have been changed, you cant do the fast skip where you go right at the start anymore because figure goes over the furniture, he can also climb the wall to the upper areA

I didn't know that these two things could happen, but I also noticed that his path is now completely random. He goes where he wants, he does not follow some sort of specific route anymore. Honestly, this was a good decision by the developers because now it's not just "rush through and beat it in 2 minutes, super ez", it's more of the horror game it's supposed to be. Avoiding him rather than cheesing him.

Thry made the game harder. And i see that it's fair. I can see that they focused on rush the most and the closests on the previous room is taken from the rooms. It may be tha last touches for floor 1 because they'll focus on adding floor 2 with it's modifiers

Fun fact you might have missed(or i never met it) 1:normal doors don’t seem to open when at a certain far distance anymore if there is a dupe door(I think),last time I and a teammate forgot the room numbers and couldn’t figure out which door is the real one with the hitbox technique. 2:sometimes dupe spawns with eyes and it’s a disaster if you pick the wrong door.the jumpscare will push you down the floor with the camera which is in the hitbox of eyes,I literally died because of that…

I think another change that might have been added was the increased chance of eyes to spawn. Back then it felt as though you get eyes once or twice through doors 1-89 and once in greenhouse. Now it feels as though you get him twice as much.

You forgot the two new paintings in the paintings puzzle room, the new player movement, the last door in seek chase opens violently and the guiding lights are on the last door too and the teleport after putting the switches at door 100. I think that's all you missed + the other comments missed

To be fair, crucifix is very, very powerful and can be used to save your life a lot, but at the same time you can just use a starlight potion tbh
