I just upgraded my sofa after 15 years, also the washer n dryer 🙌🙌🙌 it was well overdue for me! You are correct in changing the carpet, table when you can!! I’m slowly doing mine too!! 🍁🍂

I love the sofa so cozy. My hubby loves leather sectionals also. In the long run it’ll last longer than a fabric sofa. I love Target girl ! I’m in there all the time. Great choice sometimes we have to give in. Ugh…

Absolutely! That was one of the huge reasons we decided to stick with leather! We have fallen in love and so darn practical!

I would start with coffee table and see if that brightens up before changing rug out. I would look at moving the plant near chair to see if that opens up space for flow around the chair. I have large chair and ottoman combo as well and it is my favorite place to sit and have my tea or watch a movie.

Can you turn the couch so the back that’s facing the dining room faces the window/front porch? Then move the big chair and ottoman so it’s by the pool/backyard window? It might give you a cozy area to read or do voiceovers. I know that’s a change too.

Honestly, I feel like the way the room is laid out, it really needed a sectional. The fan isn’t centered in the room. It is off centered of the fireplace so I feel like I’m very limited on how I can put furniture in here.
