Big changes to our narrowboat cafe

We make some big changes to our narrowboat cafe. One fridge gets up cycled (literally) another fridge gets installed, we do a massive tidy up, and we nearly double our counter space.

I love the real life content. Much like our early life that we always looked back on as a hectic shambles of trying to survive. We did and enjoyed the ride. Now with grandkids it’s even better. William is amazing. Way ahead of his peers. He will do well.❤️

Unless you’re moving around and running the propeller, you shouldn’t have any leaks from the stern gland, other than a few drips. It sounds like it needs repacking. Do not delay, more boats sink from leaking stern glands than any other reason. Love your videos and family, been watching you since you started.

I love following your story from North Carolina. I moved to the US from England over 30 years ago and enjoy the connection to my homeland that channels like this provide. I’m a retired freelance videographer so I know what producing content like this requires, you do a great job. I laughed out loud at some of the funny bits like the digger driver pulling up and saying '...give me some cake or the boat gets it!' ha ha ha....or when Vic relocated and released the spider under the garbage can and said 'good location, schools are good...' ha ha ha..(or something like that)..THANK YOU for making my day brighter. Bit more space for you Joe to create your masterpieces, which reminds me to ask when is the next book out? Don't forget Vic nearly all fridges you can change the swing of the door opening left / right by using and turning the same brackets to the other side and plugging the holes with the existing plugs you have to remove if a left hand swing is better to miss the other handle.

used to make hundreds of biscuit bases and store in fridge in tubs with greaseproof between bases etc and tubs of pre mixed cheesecake and cream chantilly base and add toppings fillings to order in 30 seconds...fresh as u like

I would say be sure to find the time for just the two of you to do things together but, I know with kids you have to make the time for each other. Great problem to have, the problems of a growing business! Since Holly seems to be permanently moored and running on shore power, perhaps an air-conditioning unit would be an improvement to help limit the effect of temperature changes on the baking process.

A tip too late guys but if you have a heat gun or a hot hair dryer heat the plastic coating up first it will come away from the stainless a lot easier.
