My Dad and I went sailing on Sydney Harbour on our Careel 18 about 3 or 4 years ago to see the Sail GP hydrofoiling Catermarans. The first night we anchored in vertually the exact same spot in Black Wattyl Bay. The second night we anchored in the Western end of Manly Cove. We had a great time, just not enough time. I reckon I could easily spend a month exploring the harbour and doing a heap of walking tracks around the place. It's an amazing place. You can swim at a nice beach with (relitively) clear water, bush, sandstone, turn around and look the other way and there is the biggest city in Australia, right there! Another great video!

Cheers mate! It has to be one of the nicest harbours going around, relatively clean water and full of fish too, shame we couldn’t show any of the underwater stuff this time around. One month would go pretty quick in there I reckon! Those sail GP boats are mind blowing.

Great video! The sound quality, video quality, transitions, B roll, and story telling continually improve. I like the tour videos. Keep up the good work!

Great stuff on home soil, cant wait till the next adventure. I know you wanted to get going but Trippey had a get together last Saturday night and it was a cracker with so many of the old crew. Keep up the great Adventure.

Cheers mate! I saw the photos looked like a good night! We’ve been giving the Bunker group a good nudge, reminds us of the good old NWI trips!

Sydney and Tokyo is probably the only two large cities I have on my bucket list. Thanks for taking us along. Those scuttled ships and boat (along with Chernobyl Ukrane) are where movie and video game designers get their end of times ideas for scenes. It really cool how nature takes over.

Hahah YES!!! it totally is, such an awesome sight how natures over takes. Tokyo would also be amazing. Put it on the list 😝

Ha ha another great episode - two key moments. Love Emperors Puffs (best way to finish off any meal in China Town) and got a laugh out of the Boaties Hair Dryer. Looking forward to seeing you guys make it to Indo.

Loved this vid. I might be a pessimistic misanthrope at times but I am a proud Sydney boy at heart and that is where this one took me. How good was the sneaky anchorage off Mrs Mac's chair? Fair winds and tight lines to you both. cheeers.

Awesome Victor glad to hear it! The Farm cove anchorage was such a cool experience, not calm by anchorage standards but definitely worth every bit of wake at least once!

The whole east coast is over all the rain we've had. Hope the season gets better in the north for you guys. Who knows? Our paths may cross again. Cheers!

Yeah it hasn’t been too bad of late! Actually at the Kepples now, first place we saw you guys from memory. Where are you now?

Ha ha nice hair dryer, be careful it might be a bit hot for the hair (split ends???) I always wondered about blackwattle bay for an anchorage, my main concern was where to go ashore, so this episode was super helpful for me 👍🏼

Lol they get insanely hot! Glad you go some good info out of the vids, some amazingly handy spots to anchor in Australia’s biggest city!
