Stuart Adamson is the most underrated songwriter of the 20th century. Pure poetry 💙💙

Would love to hear that solo at the end go on for a while longer...

It kills me that they faded out that guitar solo at the end. That was some seriously good playing cut off way too soon.

A forgotten gem this song! It still excites me this track!!..Stuart always hit the spot with his amazing songwriting capabilities! So honest his songwriting was! He lives on in a million hearts and his music will live on I’m sure!❤️👍👌😎🤗🎸

This should NOT have been left off the final album. This has 'epic track 6' written all over it.

What was the logic behind leaving it off?
@ministryofanti-feminism14932 жыл бұрын
@@frankstared I don't think logic played any part.

Apparently it was too long to fit on the vinyl album version (the record length on vinyl is limited). Bruce says they also felt it was a different style and mood from the rest of the album (slower, acoustic).

Very nice, I've only heard the live version on the CD I have (Eclectic). Miss Stuart's voice with BC. My favorite band in the 80's and 90s.

The last one is IMHO the best guitar solo performed by SA. I feel unhappy everytime it fades....

Like the Great man , it faded all to soon . Beautiful guitar playing , one can just feel his heart ....

I kinda would have liked Stuart to have done a version of this with The Raphaels just to see what it would've sounded like with Marcus Hummon and John Mock's instrumental contributions.......

Sure we could’ve got it right, but we left the best track off the album lol
@owenmcgee84964 жыл бұрын
a title track left off an album. it was also a better song than 2/3rds of the BS album that sounded too much like a lot of heavy rock fillers and didn't show the song writing skill "the band" (sa) actually had

@@cejannuzi Death to democracy, lol. I think it may have been the label that chose the tracks for the final cut along wit the ordering and single selection.

The only songwriting skill was with Stuart Adamson. The rest of the band couldn't write songs very much.
