This doesn’t behave like a proper zit . Why is the skin ‘cracking at lower right edge ?? Fluid can be viscous and green with a pretty standard staph inf , poking into the centre of that would have been pretty wretched and you’d have seen more ‘red’ . Equally an infection produces more exudate as it’s flooded with white blood cells to ingest the infecting agents. If there was loculation and application of a. Instrument to break down walls you’d get a jolting bubbling and quite a lot of off white lumpy tissue coming from the area . It’s granular to the touch also .
