Based on the lyrics and the way the song cuts out abruptly at the end, I interpret this as being from the perspective of "Lizy" or whatever you want to call Big Data's Alexa character. Over the course of the album she gains sentience (Monster) and goes crazy trying to become independent from humans and supersede them (Slay). In this song, I guess Lizy's creator is getting ready to pull the plug and she is begging for her life ("I want to live forever"). Then at 3:30, she is shut down for good. If you listen closely you can actually hear a final blip of static at 3:38. Overall, this album is really interesting and I love both the sound and story it tells. Obviously everything I've said is just my interpretation.

I always thought of the whole 3.0 album as the story of two machines/AGI. One simply wants to work for humanity, and desires nothing in return, and one wants to be loved by humanity, but in the end decides "If the world isn't going to love me, then I will teach it to fear me instead". This leads to the horror of the man who created them both, and one machine is forced to destroy the other, for the sake of the future.
