They can make any doorway 36" or even do double door entrances. They can also do grab bars anywhere requested as well as handicap roll in showers and raised toilets. They are awesome!!

I do like kitchen windows. And the single stainless steel sink with the spring faucet. Love the colors of gray. And the family room with the extra bedroom to the side is great for my craft room. I really like the space it gives for that because I do so many different things in crafting, I could use that extra space right now.

I understand the company wants people calling for a price but getting a price out to far more people even if it's not an exact price would get more calls if people learned that the cost is far less than building a custom home with the same floor plan. It's 2024 and it just looks shady when businesses use social media to advertise products but refuse to put the price on it. Most people would assume the reason a general cost isn't mentioned is because they don't want people or competitors to know the price unless they call in directly. Yet even a competitors could pick up the phone and find out just the same. In 2024 it just doesn't make sense to not put the cost in the videos.

Range Hood. I like you showed the drawers in the kitchen. I think showing inside cabinets and drawers as well as closets is something real buyers like to see, especially women. We are all about storage and organizing our things. Great how you point out the various upgrades to the tub, and changed to things one can request such as the shoe shelves, etc. Odd place for a half bath. I think those are more of a hall tree than a foot locker but the hooks look like railroad spikes to me. Am I correct? That primary suite, especially the bathroom and dressing room closet is fabulous!

I try to do it from the point of view as if was the buyer and the things that I would want to know about a home that I was wanting to buy. So, glad you appreciate that! I'm kind of indifferent on the half bath. On one hand it's nice to have so guest don't have to use my personal bathroom or the kids bathroom which at my house, is always a mess lol. I just wish it was maybe in a different location. The great news is that Deer Valley homes are super customizable. I believe the spot that looks like a coat rack, bench and cubby holes are referred to as a hall tree. (At least that’s what they were called when I was growing up. And the nails are railroad spikes.

Wish the price was available. Don't want to fall in love with smth that's out of my price range 😅. I just viewed one in Idaho that had a guest sweet that was spectacular. This one didn't use the square footage to its advantage. Liked the kitchen but not laid out well. My favorite room was the 2nd LVRM because I really liked the wooden accent wall. Hey Big Dave.👋 Was a Great Tour. You Are Very Personable and a J🙂y to Listen to. There were Only a Couple Thing's I'd Change. One would Be to Paint ALL of the Dark Trim Everywhere. Good to S👀 the Wall Oven's. Most People Don't N-E-E-D a Large Oven or Stove. L💜ve the 2nd Living Area as well as the Very Large Master Closet. A Very Nice Home and Not just an Ole' Plain-Jane Type.

Hey Big Dave! First of all, I love hearing you talk - your accent, your vocal tonality and timbre - very soothing. I'm a Southerner (Northeastern Arkansas, close to Memphis), so it's just dandy to hear someone who sounds more like I do.😊 Anyway, I've seen this house before on Deer Creek website and a couple of other KZbin channels. But, I gotta give you props because I like your tour the best. There's just something about your descriptions and your sense of humour - endearing. This is a fantastic home...probably the premier design of the Deer Creek homes. Anyway, thanks for a great tour. I look forward to more because I'm subscribing to your channel right now! You just seem like a super nice, courteous, friendly and humble guy. 😊😊😊 P.S. & BTW...those are railroad spikes used as hanging hooks on the hall tree (that's what I call what you call foot locker...no doubt a regional thing).
