The July 2020 edition of the Big Dog Shootout from Piedmont Dragway did not disappoint!!!! With 8 of the fastest Pro Mods based on the Big Dog rules, we saw the 3 second barrier get broken early on as the competition has stiffened up and the races are getting closer and more unpredictable than ever before!!!!!!

This is new to me but I read in the big dog pro mod class that yr not allowed to have a hemi or pro chargers can someone explain to me why they won’t let anyone race with a hemi and pro charger cause I’ve seen a lot of drag racing events that allow a pro charged hemi combinations in any drag racing events

I remember when I was a little boy going to Piedmont every Thursday to test my dad's car the big dog was just started if you ran 5 20 s you were number one then Rick Wilson came and showed them all up now if you don't run 4 Os you don't have a chance
