Big drain exploring (Swoo)

Swoo is the name. Lots of slides, lots of ladders, lots of artistic graffiti! It will definitely surprise you what you are going to find at the end..lol...

Nice video. The story goes when they first explored the original Swoo they were standing outside the outlet and one guy was standing on a rock in the water and said "we should call this drain Sw..." and then he slipped and "Swooooo..." 😊

Awesome editing man, have you done fortress drain? It's my favourite one in Sydney. I can tell you how to get in if you like, I know two ways.

thanks man! I actually been in there once a couple years ago through the manhole near the sea, and tried to get back in with my mate just last week but failed to open the new cover. We also had a look at the drain exit grate, it's possible but the surge was too big that day. u know of any other way?

@@UrbexNinjaZ yeah they welded up all the entrances a few years ago after 2 graffiti writers died in there. You can still see their half complete pieces it's kinda eerie. They missed one grate near some shops in maroubra which have a pipe you can crawl through that leads to the upper reaches of fortress. Recently someone has sawed off a section of the barrier where fortress dumps it's water in the ocean (near the big slide) but it's pretty slippery and sketchy getting down there and you have to time it with the tides to not get stuck in there. I've heard there's another manhole they missed somewhere but I'm not sure where. If you go though the exit to the sea you need to be super careful with the tides or could could be in there for a full tide cycle.

not how urbex works normally, a lot of places have been ruined and vandalised bc ppl gave out addresses, drains are normally chill though
