BIG FALL CROWDS In GATLINBURG October 2022

JUST GOT BACK YESTERDAY FROM GATLINBURG. STAYED IN CABIN UP IN WOODS FOR 4 DAYS. The trees are do beautiful! Went to top on mountain to watch sunset! Spectacular! Nothing like it! We didn't walk downtown. Was mostly in pigeon forge. Did the Old mill, Pottery store, Candy store. And they had a craft show near there. Loved it!

We just spentva beautiful week in Gatlinburg! Very busy,but beautiful colors. Enjoyed walking around, and hiking in the Park. Big T seems to like the stroller. We may need one for one of our pups soon...wish we could of run into y'all while we were visiting. Loved the autumn colors and cool nights...can't wait to return!

Fall is the most beautiful time in Gatlinburg. The crowds are crazy but always worth it. We are coming for a week on December 29th. Can't wait to get back. Has been a year since we have been there and that was too long. Hopefully I'll run into y'all. Be safe and healthy.

How about that fire? I woke up here in Cincinnati the morning of and to see messages about a fire in Gatlinburg was something that hit me in the gut. Not again was my first thought. I was happy to see the excellent job firefighters did to contain the fire to one building. On another note: the pup looks happy in the Hot Dog Rod. (Get it. Hot Rod with Dog in it). A spoiled pooch. I'd love to come down and check out all the fall colors but the Suburban Overlander's front end is being rebuilt. Labor of love I call it. Gotta keep it going so I can continue to enjoy camping. Well enjoy the autumn in Gatlinburg. Thanks for creating a video so others can enjoy it too even if they can't make it down.

I have lived in the Asheville area for nine years now and still have yet to explore Gatlinburg. We have passes for Dollywood but that’s the extent of how far west we go into the area. Yes this past weekend it was packed everywhere. We went up the Blueridge and it was the busiest I’ve ever seen.

Gatlinburg looked about as busy as when we were there. I have a whole new appreciation for what you guys do….I’m sure it’s extremely difficult to film when it’s super crowded like that. Kudos to you both for always putting out high quality videos even when there are huge crowds. I loved seeing Big T in his new stroller, and enjoying part of an Ogle Dog…so cute! 💙 We went to the Donut Friar for the first time week before last, and I ordered the glazed cake donut as well. Also, our waitress at The Old Mill Pottery House Cafe (which we’ve seen you guys do a couple of videos on and loved) told us there were several conventions going on that week bringing a lot of extra people to town. You guys really enjoy the food, oh how sweet it is. That jumbo corn dog (Pronto Pup) looked so darn good I could taste it. We will be there for four days starting on the 26th, can't wait. I wanted to come up there so bad to see the colors this week but I had to stop and consider the traffic congestion. By the time I drive 10 hours each way and only have two days to stay once I get there, I changed my mind. But my heart surely wants to be there.
