I think it helps that their comedians tend to all know each other. I'm sure that can feel frustrating and cliquish if you're a young comedian trying to break into the business, but it means they tend to have a certain comfort and flow with each other.

I wish he knew more about economics and politics and didn't just parrot the fashionable opinion on them. Like on his KZbin channel David Mitchell's soapbox he tried voicing his opinion on subjects and half the comment section ripped him to pieces (eg he said if we stopped using chipboard there would be less waste, not thinking that chipboard was reusing waste, brings prices down, etc). I reckon everyone ripping him to pieces is why he stopped his channel.

This is one of the best, and my personal favorite, episode of BFQ. Watched it a million times and Richards look at Big Narstie when he starts laughing is one of pure joy from an otherwise stoic guy. 22:03 Also, when Narstie calls Noel “Poncho”. Actually, everyone on this show meshes so well.

These shows are the only television programs that make me literally LOL when I’m all by myself. I can’t believe I only learned about how great British TV is like 2 years ago when I first found Time Team, then around a year ago I found out about Task Master and now within the last week I found this show. I love every single moment Jimmy loses control of Richard and David. David is basically the actual nerd and Richard is the body double... he's not an actual nerd, he just usually gets shot at for it.

As a white dude who grew up in hawaii, I can't understand a goddamn word Big Narstie says but that somehow makes it even funnier. I've watched this three times over the years and I still have no fucking clue what he's on about most of the time.

He's a trip!! I lived in Hawaii during the early 2000's and words and phrases still pop into my head from time to time. "You know, da kine!" "Let's go get da grindz." "Let's talk stories."

As an Asian from Hawaii lol, I also have no idea & I’ve seen him on TV numerous times. 🤷🏻♀️ Time & exposure to him has not helped lol, but I love his energy. His accent is way funnier than listening to pidgin all day. 🤣

Oh good. I thought it was just me. He could honestly be speaking a language other than English--(usually I can kinda fake it because I have a hobby of etymology. So I see Latin roots etc. But that guy had me worried I was going deaf!

Oh I see now. And now I agree. Thought I was talking about the dumb dragon show. I'm sorry I know everyone lived that show but most of the acting was horrible.
