idk stopping someone for thinking they were speeding isn't a valid reason, having someone do a sobriety test without any alcohol detection or slurring of words is another. The second she said she wasn't on said street, the officer should have let her go because at that point there was no reason to be stopped. You can't just pull people over for no reason they need to have committed a crime/offense. You can try and claim that her car matched the description which would kind of warrant a stop but other than that she did nothing to be asked to step out of the car.
