He has to power wash he oil onto the rug. When there is a lot of power washing, he uses more oil when dirty it.

Why don’t you put that chemical UNDER the rug so that it might force the dirt up and out when you apply the water? Just a thought.

@@itsjustme7856 Exactly! It didn't really work the way it was supposed to as if it were on top the rug! It reacted but the reaction was trapped between the rug and the floor. What I should have said is that the floor would get cleaned but the rug wouldn't be done effectively.
