Bought a 360 frontal from them. After a month is was terrible. hair shedding like crazy bold spots everywhere throughout the lace it tangles SO BAD. I barely have hair left.

Lovely Bryana I JUST ordered the 360 wig with them that's u did a video on .. this is My 5th time purchasing from them I am suppose to get the 22 days from now although it said 15... I have had 1 bad experience out of my 5 purchase. This full lace wig it was this curly one u have now .. got it Jan 2016 to June 2016 .. and it's completely bald on one side !! I had to cut it to make it even ... didn't work Very matted in the back and they tried to refund me 30 dollars for it or say that the hair was not well taken care of .. I took my chance this time , so if this wig is trashy like the last Wowafrican will be reported it's unfair the way that treat paying customers I like to give people benefit of the doubt but if a lot of people are not satisfied I mean a lot !! Something isn't right .. KZbin gurus get treated way better then other customers and it's very unfair... just my opinion , but keep doing ya thing god bless

Lovely Bryana i just want to say thank you for responding for i so understand what you are saying.. i always do weave for protective style but then i cant properly care for my real hair because they stay in to long.. i have had bad experiences buying hair.. no with that said i dont appreciate people using my message post to you to bash the words meant for me.. i agree i dnt think the hair should be dye you can buy hair already dye also i dont think you should straighten curly hair i watched how they get the hair curled so yes if people are doing things that will cause damage to your natural hair to a natural 100% human hair wig or wifts it will damage the hair an also pulling on your wefts loosen the hair so more shedding i think same goes for wigs also seen a video last night where freedomcouture she a big hair stylist even says bleaching your knots can destroy the wig( hair & lace).. keep doing your thing an i will give them a try because i really want the wig in your wig ponytail video.. but if something is wrong with it that will not be your fault an i will not blame you.. sorry people are attacking you for bad wigs or whatever
