Thanks for the video, nice presentation, I like the idea of your two step cook of the crust.. I've got mine coming in this Saturday. Shipper (FEDEX) listed it at 55 pounds, did it come in a boc, crate or pallet. The weight listed seemed a little high/

You figured out how to clean the window? The soot can sort of be wiped off, but a lot remains... I didn't want to brillo pad it! The initial burn off was toxic!

Yea the best way I clean the glass is with a wet cloth and I dab it in the burnt ash enough to grab the fine soft ashes and then I use that to clean the class just be careful not to pick up big chunks because it could scratch the glass

Do you put it on a (plastic) table? I'm not sure if I have to put it on the ground or if it's possible to put it on a table... On a table would be more practical, but not sure with the heat of the oven. What do you recomend?

i had it on a plastic table i also just got a pizza table for it i made a video its on my channel
