I recommend you buy a bottle of Clorox bleach spray & Lysol All purpose cleaner it’s used for disinfecting which you can use for cleaning everything like: countertops, a spill,etc. it works wonders

Since you have a lot of stuff in storage, I think you should stay in your current area, so you don’t have to go through that stress and work of moving all your belonging again.

I think when you are looking for anything of a big price tag and you have it in your head what you want and need in it, you'll know in your gut and head it's the right place or thing.
