Bro, crown moulding is a finish carpentry. You need more tools. Not all walls are right angled, angle finder will help you. Mitre saw is very important to adjust angle if you want to get the perfect joint. Remember, after your diy, gaps will increase as it settles. All the best 👍

If you have become lactose intolerance you can mix protein powder in oats in breakfast with seeds and fruits... Or mix it with almond milk

Protein powder is whey which comes from milk hence he cant eat that , he can try whey isolate but if he says he has already tried pea protein that means he may have already tried whey isolate which has low percentage of lactose

Bhai lactose intolerant here. I was using muscle pharm ka whey which was working fine for me. Although abhi I am unable to get it from nutrab.. but it worked fine for me. Hope it helps.
