That culvert might be on a town easement and the home owner might be able to get an abatement for work done....

Quite the job your dealing with. Was the plate compactor having problems?

Yes, the sand was super wet and it poured the night before and some of that I dug out of the water so it was just sinking, gonna go back and do it once it all dries out
