I had a Rami BD and used my SP01 tactical mags in it at the range all the time. The Rami is great, but was too chunky for my hands.

@@BigJohnsonGG No worries. Yeah the extended mag it comes with is just a P01 mag with a spacer sleeve installed from what I could tell when I owned it. It was a pleasure to shoot for sure. Handled like a much larger gun and would be a great DA/SA option that is Glock 26 size.

One thing John from ASP channel mentioned in his how to travel with firearms video was that he never handles his firearms once in the airport, ie to show clear or anything. If TSA requests that, he will politely tell them he will happily let a police officer handle the firearm and clear it. But he won't physically handle it. I found that interesting.

KS I sent you a pm on Instagram. You guys need to pick up a Checkmate! Oh my........ probably one of the finest pistols I own or ever shot. I love my Custom Shop Shadow 2, but the Checkmate runs circles around it. It’s smoooothhhhh and if you can see the target the pistol does the rest. The trigger pull is 1-1.5 lbs and it almost seems like you don’t press the trigger, but just think about it and it sends the freedom seed down range. Want to see a review.

I'm not a big fan of optics on a pistol. Especially when they cost almost the same or more then the gun. I much rather buy ammo and practice more with the ammout you could buy for the optics.

@BigJohnson, be careful flying with guns. John Stossel did a piece on people getting arrested in New York even though they followed all the TSA guidelines . You should look it up. It's on KZbin.
