Dude, he had such bars in this one! WTF happened to hip hop? Rip the best that ever did it
@chrismccabe17954 жыл бұрын
the south...thats what happened...it started with the south listening to "bass tapes". these were corny dance songs that made your car stereo sound good. then people in the south started putting there own version of rap over "bass tapes". the only reason it took off in other places is because people could dance to it in clubs so it was played there. woman liked it also because they could dance to it. so it spread like a cancer. and thats the story of how the south ruined hip hop. now it went back underground and you must search for it in the dark corners of the internet. being kept alive by true hip hop heads of yesteryear.

@@chrismccabe1795 you're right, 50 cent era was the last time with good rap in mainstream, after south became popular everything went downhills
@chrismccabe17953 жыл бұрын
@@krzysztof4607 exactly. once they started promoted southern...whatever u wanna call it. it wasnt hip hop. they don't even rhyme in their songs. that was the end of hip hop. now it has been belittled to a handful of youtube channels from people who came from that era. sad....

U must be sleepin under a rock or just hatin cuz u live n east west or north, southern rappers z-ro even screw lil keke big pokey ect could freestyle n rhyme for hours on screw tapes like straight wreckin nothing but 20 to 30 minute freestyles, the south made rap better it’s just when bops started getting on the mic then simps started to praise them

I live in Holland but at the time of this concert I was 9 and didn't know of Big L. If only I was born a little earlier, then I would have had a chance to witnessed this legend in real life. Believe me I wouldn't miss a once in a lifetime opportunity like going to a Big L concert(American artists don't come overseas very often), unlike some people. P.S: what a lame ass audience, not worthy of a great artist like L
