you all have my mot heartfelt condolences at the loss of this most important component in your professional and personal lives as well. I did not have the pleasure of personally knowing this man, but trusting my gut, he must have been one of Gods' hand chosen emissaries to grace the face of this world and influence the hearts and minds of the men, women, and children around him. May he rest i peace.

I really do feel like he was an emissary sent from God. Just the timing. He came when we needed him, saw us through a lot of things and helped us accomplish so much. He was there to ensure the passing of the torch of sawyers and helped me get ready for what’s to come. Our log yard has more logs in it then it ever has before, and the log trucks just started rolling❤️

Absolutely beautiful tribute. Blue collar proud. Ryan left his mark on the boys from Helmsburg. Small business is family. We were in the arena together, daily. He will never be forgotten.

Sorry to hear this sad news. Wow 15 mins early each day, that's hard to find. Tradesman in Australia arrive at least 5 mins late, pack up 30 mins early and slowly waste 20 mins of that putting their tools back in their truck, and are usually gone 10 mins early and your paying for it. If you complain they threaten to go slow. I better not go down that rabbit hole, cause it gets worse than that.

Ryan sounds like the kind of guy I'd want on my crew. RIP. Are ties paying more than grade lumber these days?
@Helmsburgsawmill6 ай бұрын
I couldn’t even fathom how good of a firefight this man would’ve been. He would’ve been the hammer😂 And Face lumber is paying more. 1 common isn’t. At least I’m the case of oak. I’m not going to jinx it. But we may be getting an order that speaks for all of those logs

what is the longest log that you cut?

28’8” but it’s a pain in the ass and I wouldn’t call it conventional. And the saw has to be cutting perfect
