For minz we will use +M but in case of minz we will ultimately convert that to maxz for standard form...then why to use +M???

If you convert the Min Z to Max Z' then normal process will be used that is, adding (-Ma1....-Man) to the objective function. If you don't convert Min Z to Max Z then you will need to add (Ma1....+Man) to the objective solution. But in this case, in the table if (Zj - Cj) 0 then the column with most positive ∆j value will become the Incoming Vector i.e., Xk.

it means you have not solved lpp class 12 chapter the question you are asking is generally not correct. In every question x1,x2>=0 is observed you can pick any example

yes, we always convert min z to max z, and for resulting(last) step again we convert max to min.
