Some amazing items you have there. The brochures and literature are worth some money now, as well as a good read. @11:10 The white Citroen XM-esque concept car on the front of Marco Ruiz's book is a Mazda MX-02 which was also included in the Observer's Book of Automobiles 1986. So the present day of the book could be about 1984/5.

Hi Ian, my "V-link" obd2 reader, connected well to my Matiz camper. I had no issues reading and cancelling codes. I bought it from ebay, about 5years ago for $35aud. My matiz was the perfect solo roadtrip car, I made a plywood, fold out platform to roll out a single mattress (abt 2m from rear hatch, to dashboard) In Oz, everyone thinks you need a big car. But I could drive from home to Cairns, on $70petrol 😏. (1335km) My current roadtripper, is an 89 ubs17 holden jackaroo/ isuzu trooper, probably the only tidy one left...

Having a Hubnut car boot sale at a Hubnut Social sounds a good idea. The artworks and the coasters were the standouts for me. Camera and wireless mic seem to be working out well...the frame rate seems to sync okay w/ the LED lighting, though the exposure seems to "hunt" a bit at times. Fun to see what you receive in the mails; I could probably find a few items of interest, but will hold off since you appear to be "well-stocked" for now! Roadmaster and Caprice definitely siblings; they used to use the Caprice for police/highway patrol cars; mostly Crown Vics and Explorers now...

Endoscope also useful for DIY prostate examination. XL tee shirts are not a reflection on your size as I am a 40 - 42 chest ( stomach sometimes larger) and often have to buy an XL unless shopping with M&S then am an M or L depending on how tight I want it. Just as well that was a dummy cigarette lighter as sending one through the mail is illegal, dangerous if Airmail used. I will be ordering one of the defective mugs on Friday and sending you something to replace the use of a Sat Nav as it won't send one down dead ends and inappropriate roads. Stay safe Ian and get organised, he he!

Talk about Eastern Bloc cars, anyone remember the last of the (UK) line of Lada Samara saloons with their fancy bodykits, used to round off the sharp edges in line with the curves that many cars were sporting at the time? I kinda liked it but my mate always said it was a turd polishing exercise. FYI, I used to love those 4x4 Nivas.
