Mike snitched and told the police him and von shot those guys, but von was the one who killed him. Mike was gonna take a deal to testify against von, but in the end he backed out of the deal and recanted his statement where he snitched on von. The whole time von didn't say anything to police. So in the end von beat his case because the only evidence putting him there was Mike who refused to testify. Wheras Mike lost his case because he had already admitted shooting and he got extra time for backing out of the deal to snitch on von. Don't listen to Mike in this interview he bullshitting to seem like less of a snitch.
