So in the end von beat his case because the only evidence putting him there was Mike who refused to testify. Wheras Mike lost his case because he had already admitted shooting and he got extra time for backing out of the deal to snitch on von. Don't listen to Mike in this interview he bullshitting to seem like less of a snitch.
