sir first of all thanks for doing this it’s very helpful for younger generation. Sir app bta rhe ho mistake or right way but sir aap timing or days nahi bta rhye because sir we don’t doing is everyday.i don’t know sir aapko jada pta hai but sir please aap ye bhi share kro kinkon sa workout kis din krna hai because some people they doing one kind of workout in hole week

Sir, wouldn't it be better if we hold dumbbell in one hand only(in lateral bends) and bend towards the opposite side only?(Say, dumbbell in left hand and bending in right side, then doing the vice versa). Cause if we go down with a weight in the hand of that side, then the gravitational pull will ease the work.

sir mera 1 Barr accident ho gya tha jis k kaaran right knee may injury ho Gyi thi.To sir ji may jab leg ki exercise krta hu jase squats leg press etc to knee may tak tak sa hota hai to mujhe leg ki exercise karni chaheye ya ni aur ha sir right shoulder may bhi tak tak ki aawaz aati hai exercise karte time pls sir reply me.

Sir mene cervical ki waje se 3+ year se gym nhi ki h jab bhi krta hu pain hota h. Sabse jada Abs ki exercise me problem hoti. Iski exercise batao or koi medicine hai to wo bhi batao
