I went to a Buffalo Soldiers MC party this weekend in Orlando and they had this song and dance rocking. I've been doing every since I saw it. It really gives a good work out. The guy in the light blue in the video is rocking it. I got a better sweat than when I went to the gym. So I sent it to all of my friends at Facebook and now they are doing it.

Someone been trying to show me how to this dance for the longest. When she showed me, I thought it was hard, but I can say: I finally learned the moves & I love it. A little stiff with it because of bad knees. But that's ok, I'm proud of myself for learning it.
