Could y’all imagine being a body guard for prime Eminem. Them 4-5 months was prolly hell 😂😂😂😂
@PronounceGaming

This guy was Eminem's bodyguard 4-5 months starting from the release of the Slim Shady LP, so Eminem simply didn't have the money to pay him that type of salary, and here's why: -Musicians don't get paid immediately upon the sale of an album, the money trickles in over a long period of time (at least in the 90's that's how it worked). -At best, Eminem would've been lucky to get 10% of the album sales' revenue in his first contract and Interscope/Aftermath likely had dibs on the first X amount of dollars to recoup what the label had spent on making/promoting the album. -Taxes and manager/agent fees would've also taken a cut of Eminem's money. I remember Eminem said in an interview that when his mother tried suing him for $10 million in 1999 (the same year this bodyguard was working for Eminem) that he didn't even have $10 million. This bodyguard was ignorant of how record deals worked and just assumed that Eminem had millions on hand, and instead of being patient, he got greedy and it cost him potentially millions (which is why he wrote a book trying to make money off Eminem's name).

@@Yaheard32 Eminem was living in a trailer when he was touring that early in his career. kzbin.info/www/bejne/bZSVfZujmql4m7s I love how you were talking so confidently about Eminem's money situation back then as if you had the details; you Eminem haters are more annoying than his Stans.

@@PronounceGaming bruh. I’m the biggest Eminem fan. You’re speaking on something that you don’t really know either. I’m speaking from the standpoint of taking care of the people who work for you and have your back. Eminem could’ve gotten a loan if he didn’t have it EASILY. I’m not arguing about this silly shit anymore.
@PronounceGaming
@PronounceGaming 4 жыл бұрын
@@Yaheard32 The fact that you suggested Eminem get a loan already demonstrates the doubt you have in your previous assertion that Eminem had the money to pay this security guard. Additionally, it's not like Eminem had a crystal ball and knew what level of success he'd reach in his career, for all he knew he could've been a one hit wonder and whatever money he made during that timeframe would've been it, and you think he should've just gotten a six figure loan? The security guard was both ignorant and impatient, so stop trying to blame Eminem like he was the one at fault.

Moment Of Clarity no in security work the bigger the danger the more your supposed to get paid. Eminem was in the middle of a serious beef and you think your security guard who naz was doing more than just security work doesn’t deserve a raise?if anything it sounds like they was trying to be cheap. Just look at SIX9INE. They said a ton of his money went to security because of all that drama he put himself in.

Jay Green he said he wanted to make 100,000 a year. So even if he was making 1300 a week he was only hitting around 67,000. He said he was doing more than just security work he had to be at times em’s baby sitter, driver, and even let em use his card bank card because the record label did not want em to get wreckless with his spending which does not seem hard to believe because em was getting high out his mind. And it’s not out of the ordinary for security to ask for more money when the job of protecting and putting there life on the line becomes more dangerous. And for them to say they not going to pay you more seems like they was trying to be cheap.

It could be the 100% truth. People love to hate on the guy who is hating on their favorite rapper. Same shit happened with jay z, everyone shit on him for not payin the dude who went to jail for 10 years for him. At the end of the day, you should never have to ride the coattails of someone popping. You need to get poppin and get it yourself. Everyone is like begging for the rich and successful one to help them out more then they are suppose to be helped. A lot of "friends" of rappers who didnt get paid, are the ones "exposing" them. 50 cent and smurf is another good example. Smurf was butthurt because 50 didnt take him with him so he drug his name through the mud. Happens everytime.

R3aL Nigga4Life you obviously don’t shoot at all. Or you would know that .38 +p rounds are the standard for a defensive round. .38 is a different cartridge from .380 which has the same diameter projectile. It was probably .357 magnum revolver loaded with .38 bullets because .357 is the exact same diameter but a longer case. When you shoot .38 outta .357 you get a powerful round with low recoil. If the shooters aim is right the shots will hit the target.
