Omg on March 3rd it was the worst day of my life, I saw the word refused at my husband visa status, after 3months saying Administration Processing, we had interview at KL Malaysia US embassy on December 3, 2019. & they told us we needed to do the sponsor online, so that’s why they didn’t take my husband passport. Got approved last May 19,2022 and the consul says i will get the visa in 1 to 2 weeks. But sadly,from Administrative processing in 1 week since May 4, my CEAC changed to " Application Recieved" on June 2.And it says there that my case are open and check back after 2 business days. Hey Josh, my case was a little bit different, it first changed to refused with the administrative processing sentence, the status then changed to administrative processing, but it changed back to refused with only a short paragraph which doesn't contain the key words administrative processing. Is it a real refused?

Hello, So we had an interview at Bogota the 27th of January. Our Visa was put on administrative processing and they received the documents they asked for 3 days later. When we sent the documents we also sent our passports as requested by the council and we're still waiting for them to check our case. I was having interview two days ago and the officer said everything looks great and your visa is approved and after four hours , system shows REFUSED. It’s been two days still shows Refused. Honestly I feel like I can’t breathe well man. Feel so sad!

What does that means refused? Earlier it was AP now refused. Mine was in AP and now refused and date update 5 march. Can any one tell me. When i went for interview they gave 221g form but need not to submit any paper. They didn't give visa that does mean showing refused?

@@mybodyismytemple9042 No Sir. It’s still with them. Online status shows REFUSED. It’s an immigrant visa application. They cann’t just refuse it. It’s more than 2 months. I submitted the documents on November 16,2021. They received documents on November 18,2021. Since November 22,2021 system has been showing REFUSED status. The date last updated has changed to December 27,2021 but status is still REFUSED.

Hi J how are you doing brother? I had my interview today @LagosNigeria after that I received a waiver 212(f) They kept my passport, medical, Affidavit of Support & I did my fingerprint. Have anyone else recently received a waiver 212(f) for immigrant/spousal visa? After that I checked ceac then showed Refused. Letter showed Administrative Processing. What does that mean pls help me J

Omg Josh, thanks for the video. I'm military spouse and we got oders to move to the States. I had approved interview but my status shows "refused". I was freaking out. Still waiting for my passport, 15 days now, but didn't get any instructions to follow from the Consulate.

Where is your location? Mine is in london. I have the same issue. I had my interview 2nd of june but i was ask to submit additional document but I already submitted it on 22nd of june but I haven’t heard from them and we are due to pcs on the 31st.
