A fellow PA resident hunter here, great job man. Self filming can be tough but you did great on both kills.

Hey thanks, we appreciate that! Thanks for watching!

That's legendary stuff! Only PA hunters understand the satisfaction in harvesting two of the most prominent Big game animals in the world with no guide, no bait, and public land pressure.

That’s for sure!!! Thanks for watching!

Curious why you have your bow at dark? Seems like extra baggage. Nice buck nonetheless, congrats!!

Great video! Congrats on the bear and buck! By chance is the area you took the buck in 3D? I hunt a spot that looks just like that 😂

Thanks! And nope we’re on the west side of the state!

So many questions, are you sure that bear was during legal shooting hours? Seemed so dark. Nice bear though! 13 yard shot and 22 yard shot and was still alive 3 hours later? Enjoyed your video nonetheless.

Yes. That certain camera isn’t good in low light. Made it seem a lot darker. And yes, those whitetails are extremely tough. Thanks for watching

most cameras can't see much, with over a half hour of legal light left

Did you know in pa you must call the game commission before you track a wounded deer after shooting hours I think it's a dumb law
@christophersobotka4795Ай бұрын
I agree with you 110 percent, I just read about that a couple of days ago, I found the phone number and I have it stored in my phone, just in case I run into a situation like that.
@adudeuknowАй бұрын
i did know that but you know what is not illegal after dark? taking a walk in the woods. lol.

That’s the dumbest law ever😂

I'm a hunter and have been for over 47 years. This is just my opinion, but I don't think that this type of video is what you want the non-hunting public to THINK that YOU want THEM to SEE. It is a part of the hunt that should not be celebrated, as the public will judge such actions. Remember, the U.S. population only boasts 5% as hunters, and 10% as anti-hunters. The remaining 85% are non-hunters and this type of video may just help to turn them into anti-hunters. You have an obligation to all of us to not repeat this mistake. The footage of the buck, TWO POOR SHOTS, and watching it basically die a slow death, well, it is just pathetic to show.

Thanks for your opinion. Happens from time to time. Doesn’t always go as planned
@brianm503224 күн бұрын
@ridgeraisedoutdoors I realize that it "Doesn't always go as planned." We learn from those times. You did, however, plan to show the suffering of a majestic animal, for all to see.

Terrible shots at the whitetail.
@ridgeraisedoutdoorsАй бұрын
It happens. So you must make perfect shots every time you make a shot?
@sebastianmianowski1087Ай бұрын
@@ridgeraisedoutdoors no I certainly do not, it just bothered me when you insisted that that buck was a tough animal... well no, it didn't die quickly because of the poor shots. Look what you did to the bear, near instantaneous death... cheers. Hope the meat was good, glad the coyotes did not get to the body overnight.
