a torn bicep is a bitch people think muscles heal but a torn one doesnt, they have to cut the old bicep off the bone tie it up to a plug then drill a hole and screw the plug in! you start off with a little arm you lose all your size and it takes about a year to get almost normal in size and strength they must have some good peds to be coming back in months after these surgeries!
